Unposed + Authentic

My style is focused heavily on capturing authentic moments. I don’t force poses or make you stand in front of the camera with a fake smile. I provide an experience of custom prompts to bring out the most genuine emotion, whatever that may be. If you’re looking for a photographer to show up and get the typical posed, smiling “perfect-looking” shots, we might not be the best fit.

Connection + Comfort

I value my relationship with you, and making you feel the utmost comfort because that is how I create my best work for you. My main focus is that you’re having a good time. Most of my couples show up saying, “Sorry, we’re not photogenic and we’re awkward,” or “We’ve never had our photos taken before,” but by the end of it all, they can’t get over how fun and easy it was. Trust me, getting your photos taken doesn’t have to be awkward, and I’ll make sure you have the best time!

Every inquiry receives a personalized email, and we can hop on a call to make sure we’re a good fit.

The Booking Process

Once you’re ready to book, I’ll send a booking info email with the contract and invoice, walking you through the next steps.

Pre-Session Planning

I’d love to offer a helping hand during your planning process! I’ll send over my availability and help you pick the perfect spot to capture your memories. I’ll also send a questionnaire to get to know you better and understand what you want your session to look like.

The Session

The day is here! I’ll guide you with prompts for candid posing to capture your most authentic moments.

Post-Session Workflow

After the session, I’ll transfer all RAW images to two external hard drives on the same night. I’ll start the culling process and send sneak peeks within 24-48 hours.

Finalize & Deliver Your Photos

I’ll edit the gallery over the next 2-3 weeks, keeping it in my editing queue with a due date. I’ll export and upload final images to the gallery and share the gallery with you, explaining how to download, share, access prints, etc.

Nicole was phenomenal to work with! We couldn't be happier with our decision to hire her as our wedding photographer. She was responsive and eager to answer all of our questions along the way. Her organization and professionalism made the entire process incredibly smooth. She was helpful with making a timeline and list of photos for the wedding day but also flexible with making adjustments due to unexpected weather. On the day of the wedding, she was calm but able to direct our very large wedding party without any difficulty. Nicole had our photos back to us very quickly and we LOVE how they turned out! I thought you’d like to know…

  • I’ve been a photographer for 10 years, and went into the wedding industry in 2020!

  • I was born and raised in Colorado and am now based just south of Denver, but don’t let that stop you from hanging out with me in the mountains or plains! I am totally down to travel to you, whether we meet up for coffee or hang out taking the cutest pics of you two!

    I travel all over the state, from Crested Butte to the Rockies to FoCo and everywhere else in between!

    For couples inquiring from out of state, I offer custom packages just for you! I love to travel, and I’d love to capture your special day no matter where you are!

  • The turnaround time depends on how much I shoot, how busy I am, my travel schedule, and the holidays! Typically I deliver session galleries within 3 weeks, and weddings within 8 weeks. I do everything I can to get your images back to you as soon as possible, while still giving each on the TLC it deserves. For sneak peeks, I try my very best to get them to you 24-48 hours after capturing your session or wedding!

  • I deliver all my photos through a personalized online gallery called PicTime. You can view your images digitally right away, download your favorites or the whole gallery, share them on social media, buy prints, and more! You can view and download your photos on your mobile device and laptop. Don’t worry; I’ll walk you through all of it!

  • Each package varies in the amount of images delivered, but I promise I always include plenty of what I capture. I don’t like giving a cutoff number because I don’t believe in withholding your image to try and make more money. These are your memories; I promise I will capture them fully and authentically!

    My wedding gallery minimum is 400 fully edited digital images.

    My session gallery minimum is 50 fully edited digital images.

  • Don’t worry, I will send you my complimentary session guide that breaks everything down. You’re always more than welcome to send me outfit inspo or ask if what you’re planning to wear will go well with the location, your skin tones, etc!

  • I don’t offer discounts, but I am sure we can create a custom package that works with your wedding budget!

  • I am a strong believer in positive body image and self-love. I know it isn’t always easy, trust me, but my hope is that throughout our time together, I can help you see yourself in a whole new light. I will not alter how you look other than temporary things like acne, bruises, a scrape, etc. If there are specific blemishes you would like removed, like a scar, just let me know ahead of time. If you are self-conscious about something, just let me know, and I will be extra aware of that as I pose you.

  • No, I believe that half the reason you hire a photographer is because you love their editing style, not just their posing. Without this huge step of editing your images, they are only halfway done. I promise I never leave out any photos that you’ll want or need, and if you feel like you’re missing one, just ask! I am more than happy to take a look through your images again and send it your way. I won’t lie, I still make mistakes and am human! I promise I won’t let you miss out on your memories!

  • Yes!! I offer both digital and film photography. Inquire for more information on booking film for your wedding or session!
